Policy

When booking a session, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Thank you.

Minimum age / CRB

Students must be 8+.

I have an up-to-date CRB - an independent check and certification

to ensure that I am suitable to work with children.

​

Deposit

I require a £10 deposit upon booking. This is deducted from your lesson on the day.

​

Cancelling/rescheduling

48 hours' notice is required to cancel a booked session.

24 hours' notice is required to reschedule (for the next available slot).

On the day/no-shows result in the deposit being lost.

Directions

Directions to the studio will be provided after payment of the deposit.

​

On the day

There is no waiting area at the studios.

Please ask me for information on where you can wait should you wish to do so.

​

Students are required to be dropped off and picked up (minors).

Please arrive promptly for lessons and be collected promptly due to the nature of timeslots.

Please inform me ASAP of any unforeseen late runnings (as sessions may need to be rescheduled).
